Every purchase clearly shows, before payment:
- The features included
- The plan duration (for subscriptions)
- The total price
Digital goods
Premium subscriptions, boosts, coins, and virtual gifts are digital products delivered immediately. As they are consumed on use, they are generally non-refundable once activated, except as required by law or your app store policy (Apple App Store / Google Play).
When we will help
Contact support if:
- Your payment succeeded but the feature did not activate
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- A technical error prevented you from receiving what you paid for
Share your payment ID at startingscale@gmail.com and we will review eligible cases and resolve them promptly.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to their refund processes. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
