How do I sign in?
Minedate uses secure phone-number sign-in. Enter your number, receive a one-time code (OTP) by SMS, and enter it to log in — no passwords needed.
How does matching work?
You discover people near you and like the profiles you're interested in. When two people like each other, it's a match — and you can start chatting, calling, and connecting.
How do I manage or delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Settings. From there you can edit your profile, control notifications and location, or permanently delete your account and all associated data.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the person's profile or your chat with them and tap Block or Report. Reports are private and reviewed by our safety team. See our Guidelines & Safety page for more.
I paid but didn't receive coins or premium — what do I do?
Purchases are usually credited within seconds. If something didn't activate, email us your payment ID at startingscale@gmail.com and we'll resolve it. See the Refund Policy.
Is Minedate safe?
Yes — your phone number is never shown, only approximate distance is displayed, only matched users can message you, and every report is reviewed. Read more on our Guidelines & Safety page.
