Minedate is for adults seeking genuine connections. To use the app you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate registration details
- Use a phone number you own and control
- Not be barred from using the service under applicable law
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. One person may maintain only one account.
- Use your real identity and recent photos of yourself
- Keep your profile information truthful and up to date
- Do not share your account or let others use it
Acceptable use
To keep Minedate safe and respectful for everyone, the following are not allowed:
- Fake profiles, impersonation, or misleading information
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behaviour
- Spam, solicitation, scams, or commercial promotion
- Sharing sexual content involving minors or non-consenting people
- Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service
Accounts that violate these rules may be limited, suspended, or permanently removed without notice.
Premium features & payments
Minedate offers optional paid features such as Gold and Platinum subscriptions, profile boosts, and virtual gifts. Pricing and what is included are always shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely through the App Store, Google Play, or our payment partner
- Subscriptions and benefits activate after successful payment
- Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy
Content & licence
You own the content you upload. By posting it you grant Minedate a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. You must have the right to share anything you upload.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a risk to the community.
Disclaimer & liability
Minedate facilitates introductions but does not conduct criminal background checks. You are responsible for your interactions. To the extent permitted by law, Minedate is not liable for the conduct of any user.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
